Faq's before your shoot:

How and When do I receive my photos?

Your images will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours via an online photo gallery where you can choose your favorite images. Then select and download all your favorite images. Images will be available for download up to 24 months from the date of your shoot.

How many photos will I get with my package?

At Bizpixs all digital downloads are always FREE! Each package has a different number of photos that are included, so be sure to read what’s included with each session to be sure you’re getting the number of photos you need. Physical photos with and without frames are available for purchase as well.

Why does it take 24 to 72 hours to get my photos back?

At Bizpixs we shoot in RAW format which basically means that each photo is a high-resolution file that hasn’t been color graded. We take those days to post-process your photos and make them really pop. We control all of the colors in the photos, similar to a painter. If your company needs the images returned faster, they can place a rush order for next day delivery for an additional charge. *Please contact us for additional charge costs.

I’m nervous and I don’t know what I’m doing. Will you Bizpixs photographers help me pose?

That’s a big “YES”! At Bizpixs we will help you step-by-step with how to pose and how to create the emotion you’re after with our expert expression coaching so that you can get the images you need and will love.

How does Bizpixs.com cancellation and refund policy work?

If you cancel 48 hours before your scheduled booking time you may receive a full refund. A 5% refund transaction surcharge will be applied.

Do I get to see any of the photos at the shoot?

Yes! For our professional headshots, you get to see some sample images in real time as you are being photographed. By allowing our business clients to see the images immediately, we can make sure we are capturing exactly what you need, even when we are photographing outdoors.
